What sparked your interest with the paranormal?
I've always been into the paranormal I can't remember exactly how old I was but I used to watch horror movies as a teenager and its gone from there.
Have you ever seen or felt a ghost?
I had my first ghost experience when I was a teenager. I was staying at a friends house and we could hear kid's singing and laughing but we were the only ones in the whole building. We went into the hallway to see two sets of feet swinging through the banister. I have seen a little girl in my kitchen at my own home and my grandfather who passed away also comes and visits my children.
If you could describe yourself in 6 words (any words), what would they be?
cheeky, bonkers,caring, sensitive,humorous, wonderful.
Where would you you most like to investigate and why?
This is too hard! There are so many places that have recorded activity but I'd love to tour America! The buildings in the older towns have so much history to them and I love visit the old prisons and hospitals. The history of buildings are so interesting and the events that happen in them too.
Do you believe in ghosts?
Yes I do but I like to keep to the sceptic side of things also.
What's your favourite tool to use on an investigation?
A K2 meter! Especially when the lights start moving to indicate a possible spirit. I like using my camera too, trying to catch anything other than dust. Heh.
How do you feel about your team mates as a whole?
I honestly can say that I class everyone of my team-mates as my extended family. When I first joined, I was so nervous but every single person made me feel at home and very welcome. We have laughed together, saw how each other reacts to the pressure and the stress and have come out stronger than before. We have a close friendship and bond.
So all in all, what are your thoughts on the unknown and what advice would you give to anyone who wanted to pursue paranormal investigation?
If anyone wanted to do this job, I recommend it. You will definitely find your own strengths and weaknesses too, I have learned so much about myself and how strong I really am when faced with things I can't exactly run away from.
There are things that I want to find out like 'does big-foot really exist? Or is it a really tall and hairy man?' *laughs* I want to find the answers to the paranormal that people have been unable to find. I believe that if you want answers then start searching!
Kindest regards
